Legal Consultant
Ms. Demirci’s practice focuses on intellectual property law, contracts, commercial transactions, and litigation.
Experience
Ms. Demirci handles all aspects of foreign and domestic trademark registrations, including office action responses, opposition and cancellation proceedings. Ms. Demirci’s practice also includes litigation involving intellectual property rights, unfair competition, and business transactions.
Prior to joining to Intellectual Property Law Group LLP, Ms. Demirci worked as an in-house counsel at Ankara region of Marconi Communications* (currently known as Selex Komunikasyon A.S.). During the scope of her work at Marconi, Ms. Demirci negotiated, drafted, and coordinated enforcement of complex contracts regarding sophisticated telecommunication projects for the defense industry, including purchase and sub-contract agreements, licensing of intellectual property rights and teaming arrangements with business partners and customers such as Boeing*, BAE Systems* and International Aircraft Maintenance Co.*.
Ms. Demirci also worked at Yazici Law Offices where she gained substantial experience in handling international commercial transactions and contract negotiations involving multi-parties.
Ms. Demirci speaks fluent Turkish.
